Terms for the provision of electronic services · Last updated: 8 August 2026

About this translation: this language version is intended to faithfully reflect the Polish original. If an unintended discrepancy arises from translation, the Polish version is used as the reference; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights or rights under the GDPR.

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for electronic services provided through the website available at morzerejsow.com (the “Website”).
  2. The Service Provider is:

  3. The Service Provider currently operates as an individual while preparing activity related to advice and intermediation in selecting cruises. Identification details will be updated after business registration.
  4. Use of the Website entails an obligation to comply with these Terms.
  5. The Terms are available free of charge at morzerejsow.com/regulamin in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Website — morzerejsow.com and all its subpages.
  2. Service Provider — the person identified in § 1(2).
  3. User — any natural person using the Website.
  4. Service — a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to a User through the Website.
  5. Cruise line / Cruise organiser — a third party (cruise line or travel company) that organises and operates a cruise.
  6. Partner (affiliate) link — a link to a Cruise line’s or another partner’s website where a click and subsequent purchase may result in the Service Provider receiving a commission.

§ 3. Type and scope of services

  1. The Service Provider provides the following electronic Services free of charge:
    • informational content about cruises, destination ports and cruise lines;
    • guide articles on the Website blog;
    • contact through the contact form;
    • presentation of cruise offers from Cruise lines and partners, including through partner links.
  2. The Service Provider does not directly sell cruises, tickets or other travel services through the Website — it intermediates their sale on behalf of Cruise lines.
  3. The Website does not enable bookings or payments. All bookings and purchases are made directly on Cruise line or partner websites under their terms.

§ 4. Legal status of the Service Provider

Important: The Website is informational and is operated while business activity is being prepared. Planned activity: travel agency/intermediation services (Polish PKD 79.11.Z). The Service Provider does not yet conduct registered business activity; identification details will be updated after registration. The Website does not enable bookings or payments. The Service Provider is not a package travel organiser or a trader facilitating linked travel arrangements within the meaning of the Polish Act of 24 November 2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements.
  1. The Service Provider is not a party to the contract for participation in a travel package (cruise). The contract is concluded directly between the User and the Cruise line / Cruise organiser.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for performance of the cruise, including delays, itinerary changes, onboard service standards, or acts or omissions of the Cruise line.
  3. The Service Provider charges Users no fee for using the Website. Revenue may come from partner commissions (see § 7).
  4. After business registration, the Service Provider will promptly update its identification details (business name, address, NIP and CEIDG entry) in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  5. Content published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

§ 5. Conditions of use

  1. Use of the Website requires:
    • a device with Internet access (computer, tablet or smartphone);
    • an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
  2. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and generally accepted standards of conduct.
  3. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.

§ 6. Contact form

  1. The Website provides a contact form through which the User may submit an enquiry about cruise offers.
  2. Required data are marked in the form. The form may include name, email address, telephone number and information necessary to prepare a cruise-related response.
  3. Submitting the form means that the User has read the Privacy Policy. Data are processed to handle the enquiry on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the request of the data subject.
  4. The Service Provider aims to respond within 2 business days but does not guarantee a specific response time.
  5. Information provided in response to an enquiry is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

§ 7. Partner (affiliate) links

  1. The Website contains partner (affiliate) links leading to Cruise line and other third-party websites (e.g. MSC Cruises, Costa Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Virgin Voyages, Celebrity Cruises, Dreamlines and GetYourGuide).
  2. Partner links are marked on the Website with the label [Advertisement].
  3. Clicking a partner link and making a purchase on a partner site may result in the Service Provider receiving a commission. The commission does not increase the price paid by the User — it is paid by the partner.
  4. The presence of partner links may affect the order or manner in which offers are presented on the Website.
  5. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms or actions of third-party websites linked from the Website.

§ 8. Liability

  1. The Service Provider exercises due care to keep information on the Website current and reliable, but does not guarantee completeness or absence of errors.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for:
    • performance or non-performance of a travel contract by a Cruise line / Cruise organiser;
    • content, availability, prices and conditions of offers on Cruise line and partner websites;
    • damage arising from the use of external websites linked from the Website;
    • interruptions in Website availability caused by technical factors such as maintenance or failure;
    • consequences of a User providing false or incomplete information.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider’s liability to the User is limited to actual and direct loss.

§ 9. Intellectual property rights

  1. All content published on the Website (texts, photographs, graphics, logos and layout) is owned by the Service Provider or used under licence and is protected by copyright.
  2. Copying, distributing or commercially using Website content without the Service Provider’s written consent is prohibited.
  3. The User may use Website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

§ 10. Personal data protection

  1. The controller of Users’ personal data is the person identified in § 1(2).
  2. Detailed information on data processing purposes and legal bases, User rights and cookies is provided in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
  3. Using the contact form requires reading the Privacy Policy.

§ 11. Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the Website or the Services may be submitted:
    • by email to {{PRIVACY_CONTROLLER_EMAIL}};
    • in writing to the Service Provider’s correspondence address if such address is published under § 1(2).
  2. A complaint should include the person’s name (or nickname), email address, description of the problem and the expected solution.
  3. The Service Provider considers a complaint within 14 business days of receipt and communicates the result electronically.
  4. Complaints concerning cruises, bookings or travel services should be addressed directly to the Cruise line / Cruise organiser with whom the User contracted.

§ 12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

  1. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including:
    • mediation conducted by the competent Polish Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection;
    • assistance from the competent ADR body listed in the public UOKiK register: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
  2. Use of out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties.

§ 13. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes in a visible place on the Website at least 7 days in advance.
  2. Polish law applies to matters not regulated by these Terms, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. This version of the Terms applies from 8 August 2026.
